Chaussures Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Chaussures order up to 30 days from the date of purchase (less the cost of shipping and handling). Please follow the instructions below to return your purchase.
- Shoes that are returned, must be in the same condition as received.
- Worn or damaged shoes unrelated to the manufacturer, cannot be refunded. Please note: All products are inspected prior to shipping.
- Products must be shipped to the seller in a shipping box, in its original brand box and shoe packaging (i.e., shoe forming foam, tissue paper, plastic or cloth shoe covers), including a copy of the purchase receipt.
- It is recommended that you return your package to Chaussures by an insured parcel service such as: UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Make sure to keep a tracking number and shipping receipt for your records.

- Returns will be processed within 14 business day from the date the package is received.
- All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment.
