Return Policy

At Chaussures, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of the date of purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:

Return Guidelines

  1. Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  2. Worn or damaged items not due to a manufacturing defect are not eligible for a refund. All shoes are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.
  3. Shoes must be returned in the original brand box with all original packaging materials (e.g., foam inserts, tissue paper, plastic or cloth covers) and placed inside a shipping box.
  4. To initiate a return, please log into your customer account portal at:

  5. A prepaid USPS return label will be emailed to you. Affix the label to the shipping box.
  6. Drop off your return package at your nearest U.S. Post Office.
  7. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:
    • $9.00 for shoe orders
    • $11.00 for boot orders
  8. Please retain your tracking number and shipping receipt for your records.

Refunds

  • Returns are typically processed within 14 business days from the date the return is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the product price, original shipping costs, and any applicable taxes.
  • Please note: depending on your credit card provider, it may take one or more billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
