HOW TO USE
- Twist to activate.
- Select level of freshness.
- Place in shoes, bags, lockers, or drawers.
- $8.00 charge for orders under $75.00 (Excluding accessary products)
- Free shipping on orders over $75.00 and all accessory products
- UPS Ground for footwear products
- USPS for accessory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Chaussures order up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please follow the instructions below to return your purchase.
1. Shoes that will be returned, must be in the same condition as when you received them.
2. Worn or damaged shoes unrelated to the manufacturer, cannot be refunded. Please note: All shoes are inspected prior to shipping.
3. Shoes must be shipped to the seller in a shipping box, in its original brand box and shoe packaging (i.e., shoe forming foam, tissue paper, plastic or cloth shoe covers).
4. To request a return, go to the customer account portal by clicking the link: https://shopify.com/22774313/account
5. Prepaid USPS return label will be emailed to you to apply to shipping box.
6. Drop off your package at the post office.
7. Return shipping charge of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
8. Make sure to keep a tracking number and shipping receipt for your records.
9. When we have received and inspected your returned shoes, we will refund the credit card used for the price of the shoes, shipping cost and any applicable taxes.
10. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Please note: your credit may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed.
